Beyond these four, Merch Troop crews travel nationwide for programs with enough lead time — multi-city tours, franchise conventions, and traveling brand activations. One planning note that surprises people: within Southern California, distance costs you nothing but calendar. An Irvine ballroom and a Santa Monica rooftop carry identical quotes if the format and hours match. Book by the venue your guests want, not by imagined mileage fees — there are none inside OC, LA, and San Diego county lines.
