Live embroidery events in Las Vegas

Vegas is the one city on our regular map that carries a travel fee. It is $900, it is flat, and it is the only thing that changes.

Why Vegas, constantly

Las Vegas hosts the trade-show calendar for half the industries in America, and show booths are where live embroidery does its highest-visibility work. A running stitch head stops aisle traffic; a patch bar converts that stopped traffic into badge scans and five-minute conversations. The trade show guide covers the format math; what Vegas adds is scale — halls where a break-time surge is measured in hundreds.

Off the show floor, casino properties book activations for summits, incentive trips, and residency-adjacent parties. Those follow corporate math with one Vegas twist: properties run strict dock schedules and vendor credentialing, which we handle as routine — our crews work inside those systems regularly.

The Vegas ledger

Take the standard anchors — base from $5,000, crew at $250 per hour, blanks at catalog cost — and add one line: travel, $900, flat. No per-diem surprises, no mileage math, no freight mystery for standard programs. Multi-day shows spread that flat fee across every show day, which makes Vegas trade-show math friendlier than planners expect: on a three-day booth, the travel line adds $300 a day to a program whose crew hours dwarf it.

Two planning notes worth their pixels: order the basic 110V power drop with your booth (our gear needs nothing exotic), and share your target patch or monogram menu three weeks out so digitizing and inventory ship ahead of the truck. Everything else — union-hall rules, marshaling yards, dock passes — is our job, priced inside the base where it belongs.
